Career history
Haoxiu Wang, joined the Northeast Regional Sales Management Business Unit on May 20, 2019, from Sales Representative (Intermediate), to Sales Representative (Senior), to Channel Sales Supervisor.
From “0 to 1” the story of metamorphosis
When I joined Hutchison, I started from 0, from familiarizing myself with the position and customers in the early stage, to maintaining and communicating with the customers in the stores time and time again, and also experienced the process of taking over the operation of the regional customers to give up, to develop new customers, to the jurisdiction of the performance of the new customers for three consecutive years higher than the average value of the province and region, and also gained the position of the promotion in the process. Role change, I quickly adjusted my mindset, relying on self-drive from the heart, the work as their own career, to figure out, to struggle.
Career history
Zhang Haixia, joined the Hutchison family in Shandong region in 2019, from the youthfulness of the first time to the unique grassroots sales backbone, she not only breaks through the self, more in-depth integration into the team, her growth trajectory throughout the down-to-earth perseverance, and walk with excellent partners is also the driving force for her to move forward.
Stories of working with the team
In 2024, in the face of the plight of laundry products in the market share accounted for very little, our team worked together to develop a systematic strategy to solve the problem: store visits and research, locking the promotion of pain points, linkage of provincial and regional resources, online and offline dual-channel campaigns and so on. In order to ensure that the program landing, we work together with new retail colleagues to optimize the promotional mix, with procurement colleagues to customize exclusive packages, but also jointly with the regional team held 20 meetings to reach a consensus. This battle made me deeply realize that teamwork is like a gear, and the close cooperation of each link can promote the achievement of the goal.
