A Brief Description

This product is a kind of liquid product suitable for cleaning chlorine-alkali containing liquid in food processing industry environment. It can effectively remove stains and discoloration caused by condiments, and is especially suitable for removing all kinds of dirt in food production places.

Instructions For Use

Usage

1. Rinse all surfaces to be cleaned, such as machinery and equipment, or walls, with warm or room temperature water to remove as many large pieces of dirt as possible.

2. Apply foam made from a 2-5% solution of Foam Cleaner AC to all surfaces. Specialized low-pressure foam equipment or high-pressure systems and their corresponding foam equipment should be used.

3. Maintain contact time of 10-15 minutes.

4. Rinse with lukewarm or room temperature water to ensure complete removal of all dirt and foam, sterilize and set aside. If rinsed with sterile water, the sterilization process can be waived.

Specialized foam cleaning dispensing equipment is recommended. Use in conjunction with other Chemase foam products for better results.
