A Brief Description
This product is a special alkaline cleaner for breweries, drinking water polyester bottles, beverage and dairy plant equipment and pipeline cleaning, can be used for saccharification, fermentation, filtration, sake and other equipment cleaning. It penetrates quickly and effectively removes organic and inorganic stains at normal temperatures. It reduces the amount of rinsing water and shortens machine downtime. It is safe to use on all kinds of conveyor belts and metal surfaces according to the recommended use concentration.
Instructions For Use
Usage
Brewing and beverages: According to the stains to be cleaned and the condition of the equipment, use 1%~4% concentration of this product. 60~71 ℃ when the cleaning effect is best. Specific requirements for cleaning are as follows:
Saccharification equipment: Repeatedly clean with 3.5~4% concentration at 80℃ for 20~40 minutes.
Filtration equipment: Repeatedly clean with 2~3% concentration for 20~40 minutes at 80℃.
Fermentation tank: Repeatedly cleaned with 3.5~4% concentration for 15~25 minutes at room temperature.
Beer kegs: Repeatedly clean with 1.5~2% concentration for 15~25 minutes at room temperature.
This product is alkaline. Remove CO2 from the fermenter beforehand to prevent damage to the tank. In some cases, it is recommended that a 1~2% sodium hydroxide solution be used in advance to absorb the remaining CO2 and remove it directly before using BMS12.
Dairy industry: Applicable concentration 0.4~1%, can be adjusted as needed. Wash tank: 60~71℃; cycle cycle 10~15 minutes. Pipe washing: cycle cycle 10~15 minutes.
